When does the admission process start for the new academic year?
Admissions for the new academic session (starting Baisakh/mid-April) typically open from Chaitra (mid-March). We recommend applying early as seats fill quickly, especially for Pre-Primary and Grade 1. You can fill our online inquiry form at /admission-form or visit the school office.
What is the fee structure?
Our fee structure varies by level and academic year. We offer competitive rates for Pre-Primary through Higher Secondary, with optional transport, hostel, and cafeteria services. Scholarships and sibling discounts are available. Please contact the school office or visit our Fee Structure page for the latest details.
What curriculum does Sweta Sadan follow?
We follow the CDC (Curriculum Development Centre) curriculum prescribed by the Government of Nepal. Our Pre-Primary uses the Montessori method, Basic Level (1-8) follows the national curriculum with enhanced teaching methods, Secondary (9-10) prepares for SEE, and +2 is affiliated with NEB (National Examinations Board) in Management, Humanities, and Education streams.
Does the school provide transportation?
Yes, we provide safe and reliable bus service covering multiple routes across Kathmandu including Balaju, Gongabu, Maharajgunj, Sitapaila, and surrounding areas. The monthly transport fee ranges from Rs. 1,200–1,800 depending on the route distance. All buses have trained drivers and attendants.
